This test was co-ordinated from the USA through ComCARE Alliance. It was a co-ordinated message exchange amongst different agencies (Police, Fire, Medical, Universities, Hospitals, etc.). Fire Monitoring Technologies International Inc. worked together with ComCARE, ETeam and Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services, participating in a live test during a hypothetical Terrorist Attack. Once the message was received it was relayed to Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services Computer aided dispatch system.

The message was generated in Washington D.C., then it was relayed to E Team in California, and then relayed to FMTI. Once it reached FMTI it was sent to Mississauga Fire Department, through the OPEN ACCESSTM network, and displayed directly in their CAD system.

This co-ordinated effort proved that it is possible to exchange data among agencies, in an impressive and fast manner, which it is essential in a catastrophe.

The data displayed in this website is in joint co-operation with ETeam, Fire Monitoring Technologies International Inc., Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services and ComCARE.
